Design and development company FiftyThree has this week launched a fantastic new iPadapplication called Paper. That has been designed to provide you with five essential tools for sketching out ideas on your iPad.
Unlike other applications Paper doesn’t provide you with lots of settings to customise each of your tools, but keeps it clean and simple. Providing tools to Sketch, Write, Draw, Outline and Colour. Watch the video after the jump to see the Paper app in action.
Paper is free to download but to get the most from it you need to purchase the other 4 tools which are price at $2 each. The app allows you to create multiple notebooks which you can then customise the covers of to make them personal or project specific.
Paper also has a great undo and redo feature which allows you to rotate two fingers on the screen in either and anti-clockwise motion to remove marks or clockwise motion to place them back.
Paper is definitely worth the $8 price if you enjoy creating and sketching on your iPad, and can be downloaded from the iTunes App Store now.
We have been hearing rumors that Google is working on their own Android tablet, which is rumored to feature the Nexus branding and is expected to launch some time later this year.

Hasbro launched a lawsuit against Asus last year, claiming that Asus’s Transformer Prime tablet was confusing to consumers at that the name of the device was infringing on Hasbro’s copyrights.
It looks like Hasbro has now lost the first part of its case against Asus, with the judge dealing with the case ruling that Hasbro had not managed to demonstrate that the Transformer Prime tablet would be confused with Hasbro’s Transformer toys.
Amazon has announced that their new Kindle Touch will go on sale in the UK in April, the device will be available in the UK from the 27th of April and will come in two flavors, a WiFi only model and a WiFi and 3G model.
